Our fees mentioned above are exclusive of filing fee & other government fees, if any. Filing fees in respect of each kind of visa are specified in the 3rd column above corresponding to the relevant visa.
Out-of-pocket expenses (such as postage, courier, mailing, faxing, photocopying etc.) extra.
Please note that our fees do not include :
- Certification / guarantee as to the outcome of the case
- Administrative or court review
- Appeals from initial adverse decisions
- Eligibility for certain welfare benefits;
- Deportation proceedings
We also offer, a one-time consultation with no further obligation for a non-refundable advance fee payment of $ 95. Subsequent to the initial consultation, if you decide to retain our services for the subject matter of the consultation, the full amount of your consultation fee will be credited to the final installment of the total fee payable by you.
